Your Weekly Food Truck Craving is Here

Auburn has emerged as one of the South Puget Sound region’s most exciting destinations for street food lovers, with a diverse and growing food truck culture that’s transforming everyday meals into mini adventures.

From lunchtime tacos to late-afternoon sandwiches, mobile eateries in Auburn are serving up bold flavors and fostering community connection in creative new ways. At the heart of this movement is the well-loved food truck pod at 1314 Auburn Way N. This lively venue has quickly become a favored destination, hosting an active mix of trucks that showcase a number of cuisines ranging from Mexican delights at Ambakity to Mediterranean specialties at Falafelville, as well as gourmet sandwiches and classic American fare from vendors like 1 Oak Sandwiches and Happy Buns. The pod has become a favorite location in Auburn, attracting regulars looking for flavorful, quick bites in a laid-back outdoor setting. Complementing this daily buzz is Auburn’s seasonal Food Truck Tuesdays, held each spring and summer at City Hall Plaza downtown. Running from late April through August, this weekly event features a thoughtfully curated pair of food trucks every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Food Truck Tuesdays encourages exploration of the historic city center, supports local entrepreneurs, and fosters a sense of community by inviting downtown workers, residents, and visitors to enjoy diverse cuisines in a festive, open-air environment. Together, Auburn’s food truck pod on Auburn Way N and the Food Truck Tuesday’s series highlight the city’s commitment to culinary creativity and community engagement all the while making food trucks an essential and beloved piece of Auburn’s cultural fabric.
